Win River Casino
In 2002, we were a part of the 50,000 square foot casino addition. Walgamuth Painting was responsible for the painting, wood finishing, and wallcovering over a five (5) month period. This project involved over forty (40) paint colors and twenty five (25) various wallcoverings.
Additionally, Walgamuth Painting was given the challenge of making an inverted stucco cone look like an Indian woven basket with the various tribal symbols. We were given photos of the existing basket and presented with the challenge of replicating the graphic designs onto the stucco basket on the roof of the casino. This was a unique challenge and we are proud of the successful result.
Upon a last minute decision to paint the exterior stucco, Walgamuth Painting was given 24 hours to apply elastomeric coating to the majority of the stucco visible to the public. We were able to successfully meet the owner’s expectations in providing product data and MSDS for approval, mobilizing lift equipment, ordering materials, manning the project as necessary, and providing a quality finish within 24hours.
This was a fast track & exciting project that we were proud to have been a part of.
We have since provided ongoing maintenance touch-up as well as painting and drywall for various remodel projects.
In 2010 Walgamuth Painting assisted Win River Casino in redecorating from the conception of color and material ideas to the completion of the finishes.
We continue to provide drywall and painting services for Win River’s Casino, Hotel, and Administrative needs and have recently, now twelve years later, again completed repainting the exterior of the casino to now match the new hotel stucco colors.
We are immensely grateful for the business relationship we have with both Win River Casino and Redding Rancheria.
We just finished our walk through and everything looks great. The guys did a great job at minimizing the impact to practically nothing on our Guests and operations while also providing us with the usual Walgamuth professionalism and quality. Please pass a big thank you on to you, Don and your entire Team.
